POSITION DUTIES:

• Establish budget and schedule based on company guidelines and local knowledge.
   
• Manage daily work flow functions for each project, including continued client service utilizing email and phone, completing a deadline driven task list, and follow through once a project is complete.
   
• Monitor each project's continued flow by communicating daily with the Drafting, Engineering, and Installation Departments to make certain that all necessary deadlines are met and exceeded.
   
• Responsible for tracking project expenditures, including the original time line of a project, in addition to necessary rework.
   

• 1 year PV Solar installation experience preferred.
   

• Strong understanding of the NEC Code, building codes.
   

• Experience managing multiple crews.
   

• Certifications: NABCEP; Certified Project Manager (CPM) certification preferred.
   

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Project and Excel.
   

• Experience working with city/county permitting offices.
   

• Extreme attention to detail and experience with tight deadlines is required.
   

• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.
   

• Knowledge of commercial construction including practices and sequence of work.
   

• Basic understanding of construction contracts, insurance issues, and permitting/inspection issues.
   

• Must be comfortable around tools and willing to pick up a wrench.
